Working with the master dry carbon manufacturer \u003ca href=\"http:\/\/www.mistraldesign.jp\/\" target=\"_blank\"\u003eMISTRAL\u003c\/a\u003e, who also develops and manufactures dry carbon parts for GT500 machines, we were able to develop our 100% dry carbon rod with the required rigidity and beauty. Each product is handcrafted and assigned with a serial number for authenticity. However, Garage Yoshida's Strut Tower Panel is not an exact replication as it uses High Strength Steel, an alloy which was unavailable when the stock strut tower panel was originally developed. The updated material was essential to restore today's GT-Rs with increased power and performance.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eAssembly of the multi-piece strut tower panel is done using high-powered spot welding machines and the nugget diameter of the weld surpasses the requirement per thickness of car manufacturers. Along with the increased number of welding spots, Garage Yoshida's Strut Tower Panel significantly increases the overall rigidity of the strut tower. There's also no compromise in assembly precision. The final product was evaluated against the 3D scan data of the original panel. The most crucial part of the panel, the area where the upper-arm is installed, is strictly controlled within a tolerance of 0.5mm.
