We’re excited to announce the pre-order of the 1/43 scale Built By Legends R34, meticulously crafted by Make Up Model Cars.

This miniature masterpiece features the iconic one-piece front bumper with exposed carbon, designed by BBL Art Director Yoshikazu Kasai and handcrafted in dry carbon by MOON Craft. Under the hood of the real machine lies a 2.8-liter MB7 engine, the most powerful engine offered to BBL by MINE'S, delivering lightning-fast response and an 8,000rpm redline.

The original car was fully restored from a bare chassis by the Skyline restoration experts at Garage Yoshida, with extensive reinforcement and a flawless repaint. Inside, the cabin was reupholstered using custom Ultrasuede® with a Mt. Fuji-inspired pattern, adding a unique and luxurious touch.

This exceptional build showcases the finest craftsmanship from across Japan. Debuting at R’s Meeting 2023 at Fuji Speedway, the car went on to appear in top-tier media—including the cover of MOTORHEAD Magazine—before crossing the Pacific in 2024. It was displayed at the Japanese Automotive Invitational at Pebble Beach, featured at Motorlux in Monterey, took center stage at the SEMA Show, and earned multiple honors including Best Concourse at the GT-R Festival at Texas Motorplex.

The model is available in three stunning colors:

Officially licensed by Nissan Motor Company, this 1/43 scale model combines 3D data from a real BNR34 GT-R and 3D scans of the actual Built By Legends R34.
It comes ready to display with a high-quality acrylic base and case—true to the Make Up Model Cars standard.
